  I love Tanger outlets. They have an abundance of stores to choose from and provide good deals on clothes. The have handicap parking but spots in general are very limited. You have to get there early and walk to get where you want in order to be able to park. I guess that's the joy of having a popular destination.

  Tanger has a lot of stores, but not enough parking to accommodate the customers, especially during a holiday sale. They only have one store I know of for people that wear plus size clothing. Other than that, its a good place to go shopping. They do have various stores with different things besides clothing that you couldn't find in your average mall.
