  The carts are frequently cleaned and are supposed to be thoroughly washed down and wiped with pine sol/ bleach and the reason there are two carts is because one is used for bagging ice and donuts, etc. The OTHER is used for trash, as well as there is a THIRD TRASH cart used for trash. That is the outside one, locked in the carwash. I know your husband and was there when he was terminated, that is personal information that I will not share so you need to ask him. It is understandable why he would not be able to come back. As for the carts, if he was not using the right one the way they were intended, or making sure it was cleaned properly or sanitized, then that is not Pilots fault.
