After moving the second one in and unwrapping it there was a 4 inch tear in the fabric. I thought I might have a problem getting it replaced since I picked it up and they might think I damaged it. There were no problems with getting a replacement. All three of the service reps I interacted with were very nice and helpful. Also their prices are very good. I would recommend a friend to shop there.
