  Kirklands is one of my favorite stores to shop. I have always enjoyed coming in and the sales people have always been very carring. Yesterday at my visit to your store in Tanger Mall in Sevierville, TN the manager Brenda Roberts was so rude to the other employees that if it had been me I would have walked out! As a matter of fact I put my items back and left, I felt so bad for the girls and I was not the only one to hear her.I will still shop at your stores but maybe you should send her to school to learn not to insult people and maybe she will earn some respect instead of loseing good employees. As a business owner myself she would have been FIRED on the spot!
