  Best men’s store in the area! Doug (the Manager) is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and trends. Went in looking for a few things and ended up finding more than I expected. Great deals on high quality men’s clothing. Highly recommend...you won’t be disappointed at all. Thanks Doug for making your clients feel important!

  I would not recommend shopping at this Johnston and Murphy... The store manager was rude, obnoxious & unpleasant to be around. J&M would be ashamed of there store managers attidued and how obnoxious he was to customers including myself. I felt it was my responsibility to bring my review to the internets attention; should be more thankful for customers. The problem was obvious I needed new shoes, because when I walked in J&M I had on my old Wingtips that I bought from a thrift store many years ago when I was less furtunate as I am here today... I proceeded to walk to the back where shoes were located to find a pair I liked that looked great, almost as if it were a brand new pair of the shoes I wore in. When I brought this pair to a the manager on the floor, I waited till he finished his conversation with the group to ask if they had this same style shoe but different color scheme maybe brushed look similar to the Johnston and Murphy shoes I had on.. He proceeded to degrade me by stating “I needed to take better care of my worn out Johnston and Murphy shoes and insisted no customer would want the worn out look” I insisted I liked the brushed/Italian look like the Italian half zip/wingtip shoes that were at other J&M stores I’ve gone to and shopped at many times before. Instead he proceeded to tell me our Italian rack is over there “pointing to the clearance rack” and at this point I was annoyed. Not letting this a** hole affect my self esteem I went to the front to find my family and by this point they were annoyed with the sales manager on floor also because he was very rude and extremely unpleasant to be around and we left.. I took my business elsewhere.
