  My wife and I have made regular stops by your store each time we visit the area. On our most recent visit (last Thursday), we received the poorest customer service we've ever gotten here (which is to say, nonexistent). She had prepared to purchase a t-shirt, jewelry, and a couple of other items (all in hand), when we stopped by her favorite part of your store -- the charm "island" just across from the register. We waited for an agent -- all of whom we're standing or walking around -- to come by and ask if we needed assistance. None ever even acknowledged us. We even tried to get their attention, but each seemed to want to overlook us. We returned each of the items to their proper places after about 30 minutes of waiting, and left. My wife was sad. But she said she'd rather spend her money at a place that wanted her as a customer than a place that treated her as non-existent. I don't blame her. She'd never comment about her experience that day, which is why I'm saying something. I doubt we'll ever return -- we were made to feel like invisible cogs in your economic wheel that day. But someone in management needs to know what happened, and why you'll eventually begin losing business. If this is standard treatment, it will be a short stay in the area so dependent on tourists and so known for its kindness and hospitality. (Trust me, I'm originally from Pigeon Forge.)
