  Not a good place to shop. I had a really unpleasant experience here. I stood in line for 45 minutes to pay for my $3.00 handsoaps. There were about three different sections of handsoaps with different prices, so I went through the store and asked three different salespeople which handsoaps were $3.00. I was told only one section, so I purchased from this section. (I was also in the store the day before, and all soaps were $3.00), but on this day, just the yucky smelling ones in the ugly bottles were supposedly on sale. (That seems to be the pattern with this store chain as a whole—get rid of the crappy merchandise before you put out the good stuff.). Well, anyway, sfter waiting a long time in line, It was my turn, and I was told that these specific soaps were no longer on sale. I told the salesgirl, who was one of the managers, that the sign on the shelf said $3.00 and that 3 other sales ladies confirmed that the soaps were $3.00. She said “ Show me.” I took her to the section and showed her the sign. She jerked down the sign, looked at me, and said, Now they’re $3.50. I left without purchasing anything.I called the store later to express my disappointment. The girl I talked to was also the manager and said that she was going to give the 7 hand soaps to me for $3.00 each, but I left too soon. That is an untrue statement. She did not offer to sale the items to me at the advertised price at all. This is false advertising. I have spent lots of money in these stores over the years, but this incident is causing me to rethink and perhaps try a different chain that is honest and treats their customers better.
