  They do not service products, including washing them. I was in their showroom looking at their appliances and they were still dirty, grease and all. When we brought home our TV, the box had cockroaches in it. Two alive ones and a dead one.

  Absolutely the worst experience my family had ever had with any company in our whole lives. Would not recommend unless its a last resort! Wish I had never went there. I am seriously thinking about writing a letter to corporate.

  The staff was very helpful an paperwork looks good, leasing washer & dryer, and a fridge, the fridge has cockroaches!!! My husband called and the woman he said did not have any care in her tone of voice, very disappointed, this place has been recommended by a friend that did business with the company and they had no problems. Awaiting to hear back about what the plan is about the roaches, I will have no problem going to the press about this. No one should ever have to worry about bugs in the appliances when buying from a company!
